Beyond Budgeting started as a cross industry research community, aiming to find a fix for one of the biggest problems of modern corporate life - the budgeting process.
It succeeded and more, discovering that budgeting was just one manifestation of an outdated culture of command and control.
But at heart we are still a community. One that is dedicated to sharing the knowledge that we have built up over the years and learning from others.
